When I was trying to download manualy the required by ebuild file: ibm-java-sdk-6.0-9.2-linux-i386.tgz I noticed that file is not avaiable on IBM's download page. Both links in Download Director and Download using http are pointing to *.bin file. There is no way to install that package using current ebuild. I checked donwload pages for both 32 bit and 64 bit arch same problem. Few days ago: I submited a bug on IBM's support page I did recived only this answer: Thank you for reporting the problem you experienced with an IBM website. My lists show that the Campaign ("swg-sdk6 ") may no longer be available. I will forward to the next level of support. to confirm. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge =dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin-1.6.0.9_p2 2. Visit http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/jdk/linux/download.html 3. Choosing arch and login using IBM account 4. No *tgz files to download Actual Results: No way to install the package with the ebuild. Expected Results: Correct install, using avaiable on download page package.

Hi, thanks for your reports. Before doing stabilization I downloaded all of the files and it worked. I just checked, and I think nothing changed. One weird thing though: They have a typo in their link-text. On the downloads page I find a link ibm-java-sdk-6.0-9.1-linux-i386.tgz (90 MB) which when you click it gives you the 6.0-9.2 file. Is the the problem you are having?

Andrzej, please close the bug if it works for you too.
