Asterisk 1.8 is now usable and 1.6.2 appears to no longer receive development love. Word from the operators of high-volume servers is that 1.6.2 is no longer usable to them. As such, I believe 1.8.5.0-r3 should now go stable. Testing required is compilation, and repeated stop/start cycles on the default configuration files. If these succeed, I am happy for you to keyword. QA violations should block, ebuild improvement requests are very welcome but I would prefer receiving these in different bugs.
Added net-libs/osptoolkit-3.5.0 in the summary because is a depend.
Both ok on amd64. Asterisk works as usual.

Archtested on x86: Everything fine. Some asterisk plugin packages don't compile, but that's likely because the 2 i tested were dated from over 5 years ago. Still, signoff from me, no QA issues, everything runs, everything's good.
x86 stable, thanks JD
