Fetching sci-libs/metis fails for sci-libs/metis-4.0.3. There is no such a file on mirrors nor SRC_URI. SRC_URI points to a wrong location.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =metis-4.0.3

Actual Results:  
!!! Couldn't download 'metis-4.0.3.tar.gz'. Aborting.
 * Fetch failed for 'sci-libs/metis-4.0.3'


Expected Results:  
Downloading metis-4.0.3.tar.gz from mirror or SRC_URI.

Can be fixed with setting the SRC_URI to "http://glaros.dtc.umn.edu/gkhome/fetch/sw/${PN}/OLD/${P}.tar.gz" in the ebuilds.
