dev-libs/libpqxx-3.1-r2 has PROPERTIES="interactive" for no apparent reason. There is nothing in the ebuild itself that warrants this property nor does an actual emerge of this package do anything interactive. When emerging some packages with -jX for X > 1, this property forces emerge to fall back to -j1 and serialise the whole batch and become verbose.
