This package installs also static libs ".a" please provide do add relative
USE. TIA

/usr/lib/libxml2.a
/usr/lib/libxml2.so.2.7.8
/usr/lib/libxml2.la
/usr/lib/libxml2.so
/usr/lib/libxml2.so.2

Please remove also .la if is not needed.

Bumped to -r2, ~all, and IUSE=static-libs + conditional la file removal.

I didn't touch stable because we don't know what all is using libxml2 static libs implicitly.
