This package installs also static libs ".a" please provide do add relative
USE. TIA

/usr/lib/libenchant.so.1

Please remove also .la if is not needed.

IUSE=static-libs, conditional .la file removal done. I did both in the stable ebuild because almost everything that uses enchant uses the shared libraries.
