Bug 378133 – Add a keyword (name?) for INVALID bugs that (need to) get lots of DUPLICATEs

I always find I have immense trouble finding common pitfalls like bug #41124. I have tried CC'ing myself on all those INVALID bugs that many a bug gets marked as a DUPLICATE of, but perhaps if we introduce a new Keyword like INVALID or PITFALL anyone might be able locate them more quickly. (And I could add that to the bug-wranglers guide as a simple URL[1].)

Note: I could use the whiteboard for that, but the team that any of these bugs is assigned to might have appropriated the whiteboard for other uses, whereas the Keywords field is a list and a better fit for this use.

In the spirit of the system used by launchpad.net, we could also name it ANSWER or SOLUTION. :)

we have Personal Tags now where you can put anything you want for yourself, but it won't be visible to others
