Include courier-imap folders in selinux policy

The refpolicy courier module labels the /var/lib/courier and /etc/courier paths with courier-specific contexts. 

By default, the courier-imap package puts its files in /etc/courier-imap and /var/lib/courier-imap. But the selinux-courier-imap policy package just installs the selinux-courier package unchanged. This patch makes sure those courier-imap folders are also labeled appropriately.

BTW, the patch didn't correctly identify /var/lib/courier-imap.
