Useless, but kind of cute. The "make install" command puts everything in the 
wrong place, so we have bypass it.

Added to cvs as x11-misc/xsnow with a couple minor modifications:

  - added $Header$ line at the top

  - removed A= line, which is deprecated in recent versions of Portage
