Emerging the new version of chromium from 13.0.782.99 to 13.0.782.109 fails with following message:

Merge fine.

I applied the patch from #376219 in order to be able to build chromium under linux3, that's from where is coming the -r1.

I got this problem 2 days ago with 13.0.782.107. Same problem as http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376219

Compile fine when using Zac Medico ebuild patch (comment #11). Don't use suggested patches in attachement.

Sorry, I can't reproduce and it seems like the patch you've applied is causing the failure.
