(A lot of new printers are supported)

* Seems like important changes happened with "espon" and "canon" backends.
* src/ghost/ijsgutenprint.c does not need patching anymore
* eautoreconf is not needed anymore
* gutenprint-5.2.4-CFLAGS.patch still applies
* ( + I added two use flags but I may be wrong)

but shoudn't --samples and --escputil be subject to use flags ?
