fix dependencies for gamix

Title says it all. So, we should either remove gamix from the tree for good, or fix the deps as per my patch (so it compiles).

...and the title is wrong.
While it seems the ebuild isn't working, after giving configure.ac some very tough love, gamix builds (tough it looks ugly).

Usually, it can't be, unless eautoreconf gets involved, then it might be due to macros used.

Here, I say let's just rewrite configure.in, dropping the redundant stuff.
