Library updates broke mira 3.2.1. The 3.2.1 build still works, but more recent ebuilds in the science overlay do not. The attached ebuild is for the latest development version, and also fixes bug 340419. I also updated the 3rdparty package. Reproducible: Always Building docs now depends on app-text/dblatex, which is available from overlays. You may need to link an executable docbook2latex to dblatex which the build expects. Compiles under gcc 4.5 with boost 1.46.1, haven't tried it under gcc 4.6.
