On a fresh install, configure step fails on missing autoconf.

Reproducible: Always

Please post emerge --info and attach the build log (standard bug procedure).

It builds just fine for me without autotools installed.

Didn't save the build.log... This was on a fresh stage3 install.  Going through my emerge.log I see the crash, then the install of autoconf (pulls in autoconf-wrapper and m4) then the re-attempt at installing rcs working... Unmerging autoconf, autoconf-wrapper and m4 now and attempting to re-emerge rcs does not reproduce the bug...
