Sandbox violation is now fixed in ekopath-4.0.11_pre20110804, for the original error I have no idea yet...
Comment 3 Jakub Caban 2011-08-04 12:00:39 UTC
I confirm violation is gone, but main problem remains.

I can post any details and/or information needed, but don't know where to look for them.

could you try:
CFLAGS="" CXXFLAGS="" emerge -1 ekopath
and see if it helps
Comment 5 Jakub Caban 2011-08-04 12:40:35 UTC
Same problem.

I usually use paludis. Try with portage gives similar error:

Comment 6 Kacper Kowalik (Xarthisius) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-08-04 12:42:42 UTC
The most probable cause is -march=native in your FLAGS but I don't see the way it gets injected into build system
Comment 7 Jakub Caban 2011-08-04 12:57:59 UTC
I was using march=k8 and it had same result, so I've changed to native to check that one.

But with empty CFLAGS it's still the same. Really confusing.

Can you install compiler manually? Just:

cp ${DISTDIR}/ekopath-4.0.11_pre20110804.run /tmp
chmod +x /tmp/ekopath-4.0.11_pre20110804.run
/tmp/ekopath-4.0.11_pre20110804.run --prefix /tmp/test -disable-components subscriptionmanager --mode unattended
Comment 9 Jakub Caban 2011-08-04 13:08:19 UTC
That's the full output. Are there any command-line options to get more feedback?

vindor tmp # ./ekopath-4.0.11_pre20110804.run --prefix /tmp/test --disable-components subscriptionmanager --mode unattended

dev-lang/ekopath-4.0.12_pre20111108 installed fine, so looks like problem is resolved.

Superb, I'm closing it as fixed then. Thanks!
