arcload replaces arcboot.  arcboot only handles IP22 (SGI Indy/Indigo2) and IP32 (SGI O2).  arcload handles those plus IP27 (SGI Origin 200/2000) and IP30 (Octane, whenever I fix it).  Plus arcload can, with sgibootcd, be used to generate LiveCDs for SGI systems.  I think we keep arcboot around for legacy, but it couldn't hurt to punt it.
