Seems like a great feature that instead of emerging kdebase-meta, kdesdk-meta, ... to have kde-meta useflags that optionally depend on these. Or am i missing some other point?:) Thanks!
i don't like what you are proposing. We are doing this for the developer-specific metas, like sdk and bindings, but I really don't see a reason to do this for everything. People usually emerge either kde-meta (full KDE) or kdebase-meta (minimal KDE). If someone wants eg kdebase, kdenetwork and kdegames only, he can emerge those, I don't see how setting USE="games network base" kde-meta in package.use is easier/cleaner. I'll let the others decide, as I don't care much actually either way
