And where your sci-libs/lpsolve gets from, I don't see it in main tree at all -> not a bug.

Looks like you have it in some overlay, so just wipe it from the overlay.

The sci-libs version is in the science overlay.  Please take a look at that version because it contains several fixes.  Then merge.

I don't see any usefull fixes there.
I rewrote the buildsystem to be proper autotools and reported it upstream -> proper gcc/libs/binaries and their install -> everything that the overlay ebuild does is handled by the buildsystem itself.

Try to compare it between the two but I would say it works properly, as libreoffice works clearly with the lpsolve i put into main tree :)
