When /var/lock/iptraf does not exist, we get the following error

# iptraf  
Cannot create /var/lock/iptraf: No such file or directory

src_install should keepdir /var/{lib,run,lock,log}/iptraf


Reproducible: Always

This changed again in version 1.1.0 and src/dirs.h seems to indicate we need now:

keepdir /var/{lib,log,lock}/iptraf-ng

So this is now fixed in the ebuild for 1.1.0.
