QXmpp 0.3.45.1.

This ebuild is for a snapshot of the QXmpp library (Qt-based XMPP support). The "extras" USE flag enables custom patchset for the library, which adds some new and useful features like bookmarks support and such. The patchset is backwards compatible with "standard" QXmpp.

It compiles and works fine on several systems where it's been tested.

A required patch and 9999 ebuilds would be added as well.
