Please stable. Only runtime tests. No bug so far reported

amd64:

emerges fine. Beyond that, it is probably fine. Far too deep for me.
It has no executables in a /bin folder to try. It does have

archtester testuser # /usr/share/ccp4/XIAROOT/xia2-0.3.3.1/Applications/xia2setup

This did 'something' with no output to console after again doing a [source /etc/profile/].

To be safe I'd recommend repeating that little hack for this and write in
source /etc/profile
in a similar or different fashion to ccp4i.

One of those strange sci package. It adds a custom PATH to $PATH

it should create

./DEFAULT/setup
./automatic.xinfo

amd64 ok, you can mark stable at same time the following list:

=sci-chemistry/xia2-0.3.3.1
=sci-chemistry/mrbump-0.4.4
=sci-chemistry/oasis-4.0-r2
=sci-chemistry/ccp4-apps-6.1.3-r10
=sci-chemistry/pointless-1.6.2

there are no blocks for me merging this list at same time.
