Build fails at r92808.

./content/renderer/media/webrtc_audio_device_impl.h:17:81: fatal error: third_party/webrtc/modules/audio_device/main/interface/audio_device.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

Excluding third_party/webrtc/* from being removed fixes the build problem.

It looks experimental, so I haven't dug very deep to see if it is worth a separate package.
