topic says it all, can anyone confirm? gnumeric 1.2.4 dies with an error message about intltool not able to generate a translation database. Bumping intltool from .27.2 to .28 solved the problem for me.

Can you post the actual error maybe, might be helpful

Second, does it still do this on a recent rsync. I made some adjustments that should fix intltool related problems.

Can't confirm this, gnumeric-1.2.4 works fine with intltool 0.27.2 here. Suggest closing invalid without confirmation.

i had the same problem a couple of days ago, but it works fine now, for me this bug may be closed
