Synergy has released new versions of both its beta and stable trees.

Please add 1.4.3 (beta) and 1.3.7 (stable) to portage.

Please do. I've installed 1.4.4 on a windows laptop and it didn't work, because of incompatible protocol in synergy-1.4.2 on the linux desktop. I had to downgrade it on the laptop.

Synergy 1.4.4 fails to compile with LDFLAGS set. See upstream bug http://synergy-foss.org/pm/issues/3016.

synergy-1.4.2-to-1.4.5.diff

Patch for the existing synergy-1.4.2 ebuild to work with synergy-1.4.5.
Synergy 1.4.4+ requires building with --no-as-needed.
QSynergy was renamed to Synergy. This ebuild installs the GUI as qsynergy. In the future it should be renamed to synergy.
