Could you please resync and try again, might be another side effect of bug #374243 (the env vars weren't set properly)

Nope, it is an effect of the check not being checked for weather or not cups is enabled.

cups is harddep now.

Because upstream made it so, when I proposed to make it optional it was decied against me so everyone requires cups now.

And we keep it in 3.4 harddep because without it there was build issue and it had no purpose to solve the building since it wont be used for 3.5 and later anyway.
