Description Eric Gisse 2011-07-10 15:13:23 UTC
I cannot modprobe aes_generic [required for crypto mount] due to modprobe seeking a modules directory that does not match the current kernel version on the minimal cd.

Cannot doload=aes_generic in kernel that way either, insmod won't play, basically left me up a creek on that one.

All that is required to fix is a redo of the module install process.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use minimal cd install-amd64-minimal-20110707.iso
2. modprobe something
3.
Actual Results:
system with a CD is back in running order minimal notwithstanding so copy and paste is not possible.

Expected Results:
functionality

Do you get the same error using the latest versions of the installcd?

Nope, all fixed in current revision. Thanks.
