The current version of KMail for kdepim 4.6.0 is 2.1.0.
The latest version in the KDE Overlay is 2.0.95.

We are not going to do any "intermediate releases". As soon as that version comes out as part of an official kdepim (maybe it's already in 4.6.1?), it will be there.
