Same procedure as every year, James. Change the name of uim-0.2.2.ebuild to uim-0.2.3.2.ebuild . uim-0.2.3.1.ebuild contains a patch that isn't needed by uim-0.2.3.2. Though seeing as 0.2.3.2 addresses the same problem as the XIM patch, it might not be necessary to include it in the portage tree. I didn't get a chance to try out the XIM patch, so do as you please. ;) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Thought I wrote my response here and marked this as WONTFIX. Anyhow, uim-0.2.4.ebuild is in Portage now and I'm not going to add 0.2.3.2 (0.2.3.1 + XIM patch is functionally equivalent to 0.2.3.2).
