Notices in a system tray have ceased to work. In options it is enabled.
This beginning for a long time already and at updating of versions isn't corrected.

Could you please remove the $HOME/.config/qBittorrent folder and reconfigure your client?

I am not sure how to help. I can't reproduce it. Contact the upstream developer if you want
