gnome-base/librsvg-2.34.0-r1 is missing dependency on dev-util/gtk-doc-am and fails to build without it.

Also, I noticed this comment in librsvg-2.34.0-r1.ebuild:
DEPEND="${RDEPEND}
    >=dev-util/pkgconfig-0.12
    doc? ( >=dev-util/gtk-doc-1.13 )"
# >=dev-util/gtk-doc-am-1.13 needed by eautoreconf

After installing gtk-doc-am it builds normally.
