To prepare for the upcoming GRP changes I've fixed some issues with the hb-install-medium.xml (other files will be checked too of course). 

The changes in the next patch (which do apply for the current installation too -- it's not that I'll fix documentation for something that isn't there yet :) are:

- Inform the user that GRP will be discussed to a greater extend later on
- Don't have the user hesitate when he installs from an existing distribution
- Add information on md5sum checking for ISO images
- Remove MacOS X information on burning Knoppix as Knoppix isn't available for PPC
