There is a typo (in_flags instead of in_cflags) in the eix-test-obsolete script which makes it always ignore the setting of REDUNDANT_IF_IN_CFLAGS.

Thanks. The patch is in current eix svn trunk (>=eix-0.22.9)

app-portage/eix-0.22.9 is in the tree
