After emerging courier-imap(d)-1.4.5-r1 some broken-errors occur restarting
courier-imap. It complains aubout missing dependency "authdaemond" (aka
courier-authdaemond, which is masked as far as I can see). The effect is that
ssl-connects are no more possible. Is this supposed to be part of "the plan"?
A bit anoying, that is.

My fault, I forgot to add the one line to copy the authdaemond to /etc/init.d
