When I emerged lshw 1.00, I found that the man page had been installed with permissions of root.root rw-r-----. This obviously prevented me, as my normal user, from reading the man page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge lshw
2. ls -l /usr/share/man/man1/lshw.1.gz

Actual Results:  
The file would always have its permissions set to root.root rw-r-----.

Expected Results:  
The man page should be installed with permissions of root.root rw-r--r--
