I messed up some use flag logic when I wrote the original ebuild for remmina. The nx plugin is always built when it isn't selected. I'll attached a corrected ebuild. This may also solve another bug (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367671) related to under-linking. (From the NX plugin being built but the net-misc/nx dependency is never pulled in.)
