The new module-init-tools packages pushes a lot of docbook/SGML documentation packages, even if doc USE flag is not enabled! Please remove those unnecessary dependencies.
manpages should always get built and installed, there is no USE flag for them.
The previous version didn't need SGML/docbook stuff. Is it needed now ? I didn't know that manpages used SGML/docbook...
