It appears that since 2.2.19 was released, the sources for both 2.2.18 and 2.2.17 have been removed from the apache mirrors. This was due to security concerns in both 2.2.17 and 2.2.18. Please bump version.

Not that it shouldn't be bumped, but if you have GENTOO_MIRRORS setup correctly, you can still download the distfile. Please post your emerge --info

ASF (Apache Software Foundation) mirrors are only used for newest versions of packages. You can download older archives from archive.apache.org:
http://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/

emerge --info won't be necessary. It turns out this was a temporary routing issue. Version bump would be nice though.
