Watch it fail. 3. Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: Packages should've downloaded and package built. I can lynx out to the URL and I don't see the needed file in the directory there. I think a URL is wrong or someone deleted the file(s). Thanks, MJ
the patches can be found at http://dev.gentoo.org/~brad_mssw/kernel_patches/2.6.1/genpatches-2.6.1-0.11/ but the tar-archive is not yet available. i solved it by saving the entire directory genpatches-2.6.1-0.11 (except the README file) and tar it. then copy it by hand to your distfiles directory and rebuild the digest. afterwards the download problems should be solved. i got some errors when patching the kernel, so i just excluded 226_ieee1394_updates_12282003.patch and 227_alsa-1.0.0rc2.patch from the tar archive and now it works.
It's freaking marked -* in KEYWORDS, ever think there's a reason for that!!! MARKING INVALID!
