A new version of orsa was released on 12/14/03. Now up to 0.4.1 also the new fftw is a version 3.x and according to the download page which lists requirements fftw must be 2.1.x

I am currently working on an ebuild for 0.5.0_rc2, but it will take some time since many dependencies are optional, but need some dirty tricks to make the USE flags work reliably.

The new version should be in portage soon. Could you please try? It uses several USE flags, run emerge -pv on it first.

Installs. The new import tool downloads nicely :) But i don't see the window 
I used to- It allowed me to enter the bodies(?) I wanted to track.

installs fine defining the use flags i specified.
