There is a beta release available for picard-0.15 which includes a crucial fix for proper interoperability with the new Musicbrainz schema.

working 0.15 ebuild (tested on ~amd64)

I attached working ebuild for 0.15. Tested on ~amd64.
It is a copy of picard-0.14.ebuild but without picard-0.13-ffmpeg.patch

I confirm the ebuild is working on ~amd64.

0.15.1 is out and renaming the ebuild in this bug works.

I figured I'd write a new bug on this, to clarify that a stable 0.15.1 has been released. That's probably easier to get into portage than a beta.
