Testing for mailutils stable request.  emerge fails on just 1 test.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set FEATURES test
2. emerge package
3.
Actual Results:  
WARNING: Couldn't find the global config file.
make[3]: *** [check-DEJAGNU] Error 1

yesm seemed to fix it.  completed test phase.
