We don't support the unstable branch 0.7.x in the stable tree. I wasn't aware it got added and it shouldn't have been leonardop (or it shouldve been masked). I'm gonna discuss what to do with the other 0.7 ebuild (p.mask or removal).
Ok fine, it's your decision ;-) Anyway the "stable" version in portage is not up-to-date, as 0.6.3 has been out for some time, also all of the download locations are not working anymore (because they took it off Savanna). But I will file seperate bugs about that
