Please stabilize.
Comment 1 Ian Delaney (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-06-06 18:34:36 UTC
amd64:

emerged with docs, yet another lang.
shell samples all work A1. Passes all.
Comment 2 Myckel Habets 2011-06-10 22:09:06 UTC
On x86:

checking if we are building a halfword emulator (32bit heap on 64bit machine)... configure: error: no; halfword emulator not supported on this architecture
configure: error: /bin/sh '/var/tmp/portage/dev-lang/erlang-14.2.2-r1/work/otp_src_R14B02/erts/configure' failed for erts

For USE="halfword". Can we have this USE flag masked on x86?
Comment 3 Elijah "Armageddon" El Lazkani (amd64 AT) 2011-07-11 20:53:59 UTC
amd64:

Package fails on USE="halfword". emerges successfully without it.
Comment 4 Markos Chandras (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-08-08 19:25:21 UTC
The package is not ready to go stable yet. amd64 will pass
Comment 5 Thomas Kahle (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-08-11 12:45:24 UTC

Comment 7 Kacper Kowalik (Xarthisius) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-09-24 16:54:20 UTC
ppc/ppc64 passes, leaving bug open
Comment 8 Dirkjan Ochtman (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-11-30 15:53:06 UTC
This isn't going to happen, we'll try 14.2.4.
