Has nothing to do with commonbox.

These would be very handy in portage - a lot of the bluetooth guides out there rely on these testing utils, and it's a pain having to compile them yourself.

Harm that no one seems to be responsible for this. How about adding it to
net-wireless because it is very useful for many bluetooth-guides? As long there
is no app-mobile, app-pda _could_ also be a possibility.

I also made some light chances to the ebuild:
1. Removed the Slotting (stupid missunderstanding of mine...)
2. Added the gentoo copyright header. (A developer advised me to do this in
another Ebuild, so I thought it would be a good thing here.)

I have no idea how could this bug have made it unclosed for this long, but 1.0.0 is in portage for quite some time, as is 1.0.1. Closing now.
