fontilus is masked on AMD64, but when I emerge its .ebuild file directly it builds just fine and it appears to be running just fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge fontilus's ebuild file
2. Tell Nautilus to open font:///
3. Shazaam!

Actual Results:  
It worked as expected.

Expected Results:  
View a folder of fonts.

hmm yeah.. fontilus is integrated in the control-center codebase these days and the package is phased out. Yihaa, knocked down the amd64 arch devs packages-to-maintain list by 1.

Suggested action : remove amd64 keyword, saves ppl the trouble of removing it later on.

(the block in fontilus is a bit sucky i agree, i think i'll remove the whole package later on)
