Description Philip White 2011-06-01 13:03:48 UTC
When epydoc is broken, emerging m2crypto dies with this error:

 * Generation of documentation
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/epydoc-2.6", line 12, in <module>
    from epydoc.cli import cli
ImportError: No module named epydoc.cli
 * ERROR: dev-python/m2crypto-0.21.1 failed (compile phase):
 *   Generation of documentation failed

After re-emerging epydoc, m2crypto succeeds. Please add the dependency on m2crypto so that 'revdep-rebuild' could properly compute the emerge sequence.
Comment 1 Philip White 2011-06-01 15:03:01 UTC
Apologies; m2crypto already has this dependency. For some reason revdep-rebuild didn't notice that epydoc is broken, so it didn't include it in its computation. I am closing this bug.
