Fix "= 2.6" comparison

Due to a hardcoded check for version 2.6 in linux-mod.eclass, external modules
are not installed correctly with linux 3.0-rc1. We end up with .o files in
/lib/modules instead of .ko.

For example, we with tp_smapi we get

  /lib/modules/3.0.0-rc1/extra/tp_smapi.o

instead of the correct

  /lib/modules/3.0.0-rc1/extra/tp_smapi.ko.

The attached patch changes the check to a ≥ comparison instead, which
corrects the issue.

Portage 2.1.9.42 (default/linux/amd64/10.0, gcc-4.4.5, libc-0-r0, 3.0.0-rc1-00001-g3a296e7 x86_64)

Thanks for the patch, likely to be an early one among many future fixes for the new version scheme :]

This was fixed in the tree already, please refresh and test.
