After each kde restarting, sensor labels (Core 0, Core 1, temp1 and so on) on plasmoid are not shown. If I resize plasmoid in any way (shrink or enlarge) they come back till next kde restart. I've tried default scheme and different others. I've upgraded from KDE 4.4. I use stable branch.
Do you still have this problem with kde-4.6.3?
It's pity, but yes.
Still have the problem with 4.6.5. :(
Is there already a bugreport at bugs.kde.org? if no, could you please file one and link to it here?!
How about KDE 4.7.3?
(In reply to comment #5) > How about KDE 4.7.3? Just the same :(
How about KDE SC 4.7.4?
attempted replicating gentoo64 pykde4 # emerge =kde-base/plasma-workspace-4.7.3-r7 invoked a system monitor widget; reports 1 of the 4 cores. hibernated and returned; sensor dial and text all present. Not sure what posted did exactly since the widget I have is not re-sizable.
Works for me in 4.7.4.
Created attachment 299169 [details] Plasmoid without labels (wrong) Bug still exist. I attach screenshot without labels and I'm going to attach correct screenshot (with labels) after resizing.
Created attachment 299171 [details] Plasmoid with labels (right) This is what should be. I get it after any resizing of plasmoid (shrinking or enlarging). Bug still exists with kde 4.7.4.
How about KDE 4.8.0?
(In reply to comment #12) > How about KDE 4.8.0? AS for me, I have no testing machine with kde, so I can test kde 4.8 only after its stabilization or on gentoo livedvd. Sorry.

It make no sense to track this issue forever. From distribution point of view its a minor gui issue with which will not block stabilization. Its reported upstream so maybe someone of the kde devs will pick this issue up in the future.
