ebuild patch adding a udev use flag

The gpsd source contains several files to assist in the automatic configuration of gps devices. However these files are not getting installed.

/lib/udev/gpsd.hotplug
/lib/udev/gpsd.hotplug.wrapper
/lib/udev/rules.d/25-gpsd.rules



Attached is a patch on the 2.96 ebuild which adds the udev use flag, and when the flag is enabled, installs these additional files.

fixed in 2.96-r1. Thanks for the patch
