We'll need a compilation log. If you set PORT_LOGDIR in make.conf, one will be automatically produced in that directory. Please attach it as a text file. Also please attach the output of `emerge info`. Thanks. If you want to attempt a black-box solution, you could make sure you have the most recent versions of fontconfig and freetype since they may be related.

More thanks for the "Black box" solution, it have remove the error. After emerge of fontconfig-2.2.1 and freetype-2.1.4, emerge of xfree was ended successfully . I'm not able to say what the above emerge have remove the error becouse I have trie emerge of xfree only after then emerging of both packets.
